Anatomy of Training is a private physiotherapy practice where we provide specialist treatment of muscle and joint pain and stiffness, and injury management. At Anatomy of Training we have a very proactive, movement and exercise based treatment to your conditions, we understand the benefits of exercise and don’t want to keep you away from your activity for long.
Our aim is to treat the whole individual to maintain the health of our clients, we try to keep you involved in the sport/activity you love throughout the treatment process, and work with you to figure out any modification that may need to be addressed to your training at this time.
