WHAT IS Anatomy Of Training?

Anatomy Of Training is Physiotherapy practice in Blacktown, NSW.

We Treat

All Physiotherapists treat pain. Our difference is, we look at the cause of your problems, not your symptoms themselves. We delve into the details, tailoring for you a custom plan to get you back to your sport as soon as possible.

We Train

Not only do we live in the gym, we are active in the sporting community. With a proven track record in National level Olympic Weightlifting, Representative level Hockey, and a background in Running, our experience is rich in competitive sport. We understand that all you want is to get back on the field, and we’ll do everything in our power to get you there!

We Teach

Teaching is at the heart of what we do. We want to show you the how and why you move, not just what you’ve injured, but why you may have hurt yourself in the first place. We can teach you how to self- correct your movement so your progress is in your own hands.
